Orders are processed after payment is authorised and are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days — this can take longer during peak periods, promotions or bank holidays. Delivery times shown above are estimates only; actual delivery depends on your location, customs processing and courier performance, and are not guaranteed. If your order contains multiple items we may split it into more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you.
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. You can also check progress on our order tracking page.
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, VAT or import taxes charged by their local authorities — these are the customer's responsibility. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before ordering; we can't accept responsibility for delays or costs caused by an incorrect address.
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or seems lost, contact us at shopnspend@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier and put it right.
