The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with any ShopnSpend product, request a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original, new condition — required for hygiene and safety on fragrance and skincare products. The refund is void if the item has been used or is not in new condition. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered, whatever their condition.

How To Request a Refund

• Contact us via the contact page or shopnspend@hotmail.com with your order number.
• If an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, include a photo where you can.
• We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions, then process your refund to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges & Return Shipping

Prefer a swap? We're happy to exchange for a different scent or product of equal value — just let us know when you get in touch. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds are typically issued within 24 hours and appear on your statement within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
